From the station to the hotel – and back!

The train station shuttle is a service provided by the Weissensee tourist region and takes you from Greifenburg train station to the lake and back again.

The station shuttle can be booked for the following periods:

• • Winter season from 21.12.2023 to 03.03.2024
  • Summer season from 01.05.2024 to 26.10.2024

Outside of the season times and the trains that can be selected as part of the shared shuttle system, please contact the company “Taxi Weissensee” directly on +43 660 97 62 000.

Booking conditions

• • Prerequisite for the reduced fare or the use of the inclusive service (mobility partner companies) is an online booking by 18:00 on the day before the journey
  • Bookings for the same day and bookings after 18:00 on the previous day will not be accepted
  • Changes to bookings are free of charge until 18:00 on the day before the journey
  • For rebookings made after 18:00 on the previous day or on the day of travel, a processing fee of € 20,- will be charged (except for rebookings due to train delays)

Transfer fees

• • For overnight guests of Weissensee PremiumCARD and mobility partner businesses
    • The station shuttle is available for overnight guests throughout the summer and winter season
    • Arrival and departure with the station shuttle is free of charge, provided a valid booking has been made
    • Your ticket for the trip to Lake Weissensee: A valid order
    • Ticket for the return journey: The Weissensee PremiumCard or the Erlebnispass mobil+, which must be taken along and handed to the driver at the start of the journey!
• • For overnight guests in accommodation establishments that are not mobility partners:
    • The station shuttle is available for overnight guests throughout the summer and winter season
    • The service costs € 20,- per person, provided that a valid order has been placed
    • Your ticket for the trip to Weißensee: A valid order
    • On departure, the blue or green guest card must be handed in to the driver and the fare of € 20 per person must be paid
• • For day guests without overnight stay
  • • Day guests (arrival and departure on the same day) can use the station shuttle for a reduced price of € 10 per journey to and from the station
    • Your ticket for the trip to Weißensee: A valid order
    • The price is to be paid per trip in cash to the driver
    • The prerequisite for the reduced fare is an online booking by 18:00 on the day before the journey
• • Children up to the age of 12 travel free of charge
  • A bike taken along costs an additional € 10,-
  • For the transportation of dogs we charge € 3,50 / dog.
